Nahchon lives to explode perspectives and create value ads from every interaction. Nahchon started his training and development career in the early 2000s. His approach is creative, unconventional, motivational, and thought-provoking. He challenges you to think beyond what is considered normal. He has been developing Men & Women into powerful, agents of change in every area of life, even before he became a public speaker.
Most work hard to be engaging, motivational, and encouraging, Nahchon seemed to be born with a unique gift for motivating the under or non-motivated. Nahchon was able to cultivate and sharpen his natural talent when he worked with Saint Paul Urban League. He was tasked with the challenge to develop a "Welfare to Work" curricula program aptly named "Aspire". In this role, Nahchon not only trained 20-30 adults for 30 days each month for 3 years all with the goal of getting them off welfare and into the workforce.
He also co-wrote the program and developed the training materials. Nahchon had an 85% success rate, this was no easy task. The only other program that came close to this had a 60% success rate. To add context to how daunting the task, these folks were generational welfare recipients’ parents, parents were all on welfare.
Nahchon was named the most influential speaker and trainer for two years in a row.

“Life is too short to live in fear, and too long to live with regrets; so, do something great. You only have one life to live, so live it well.”
We were designed to succeed. Everything about our true self is good. Yet we suffer, hurt and harm ourselves and others. We act out of pain, fear, shame, and guilt of who we think we should be.
The tongue can paint a world of beauty,
Or a pit of terror, filled with gloomy days.
It can build up self-esteem, or slowly burn it away.
NEVER LOSE, EITHER YOU WIN OR YOU LEARN.
God is in the secret places of our lives. He is also in the open spaces of our lives.
God is in the ordinary, mundane normal activities of our day. He is hiding in plain sight. Hidden from us, all the while he is right there with us; working it out.
God is not about showing himself in somethings, and some places he wants you to see him in everything, and in every situation. We can't see him because we are looking for him in the wrong places.
